Looks good.

5 owners in less than 4 years?

How cheap was it I'd you don't mind me asking?

£14875 might not be a low price i don't know but the spec looks good and it looks pretty clean,I guess i will find out when i go to view it.I supposed the VED put a few owners off hence a lot of changes

No offence, but for the same cash i'd go with this, the warranty will be well worth it. good luck when you go see it.

I fact without a partx youd get a grand off I reckon

14k for a 335 E92 with nav and that mileage is a very good price.. but not amazingly good. Good enough that the seller should be legit though

Go see it and take it from there

Have you done ANY homework on this car yourself at all?

I suspect not, a 335i is not really the sort of car you can fix on your drive with a Halfords socket set. Most indys wont have much luck with it either.

ANY homework as in what? I havent even seen the car yet,all i have done so far is a full HPI check to make sure everything is in order.I can make my own mind up when i actually SEE the car.I only found out i had my offer accepted a couple of hours ago and i am under no obligation to buy the car until i have seen/tested it.For the record i have more of an extensive tool range than a Halfords socket set and i carried out all repairs on my E60 with no problems at all and my local indy is an ex BMW tech so probably knows more than the careless lot in dealerships so i am happy to take my chances on the lack of warranty.
I had a warranty with supposedly one of the most unreliable cars on the road in an Audi RS6 and it never missed a beat in all the time i had it and the BMW is streets ahead in terms of reliability so forking out an extra 60 quid a month on something that will never get used (i hope) is pointless in my opinion

Buying a 335i of that age without a warranty could be financial suicide.

Just check out the threads on 335i issues and try to make sure this guy isn't selling up due to having some of the problems he knows are expensive to sort.

If the car seems all ok then looks a well priced nice motor but the ongoing issues with that engine would un-nerve me especially with no warranty backup.

If its close condition as it was in the post above then well done mate (2 years is a long time though). And the spec list is really good according to the previous for sale thread.

Make sure you give it a rev and listen for any rattles as the revs drop to idle. The good thing is that if the car is not as described then you can walk away.
