Got my baby back :-)

Long story short: Wife was driving her car and the driver side door opened up and the interior lights came on. The door automatically locks after she starts to drive. She safely pulled over, and closed the door. She made it to work with no other problems. The next morning, she tries to start the car and battery symbol appeared and some other messages appear "disharge battery.....". We towed it into East Bay BMW and explain the problem. After car is diagnosed, it appears that there was a defect in the inner door carrier which drained the battery because it thought the door was unopened. Installed a new battery and replaced the defective inner door carrier. Thanks again to East Bay BMW

I got my car back today too after some work done and I have the service advisor right " NO WASH" all over the repair order and he types out a letter telling the Valet to not drive it through the wash. Today I pick it up and the valet drove it through the wash. : (
I'm going to be busy this weekend.

It gets better. I jump on 95 at 6am and my hood is bouncing up and down because the tech didn't close the dam hood. His survey just popped up on my email. I like the advisor alot he does everything I ask him to do and no shit or BS! I dont know what to do.
