Post Need advice :) Service needed

Hey guys I recently started to notice that at night time when im behind another car my headlight beam would bounce.. its hard to describe but it bounces up and down at a very fast rate (similar to a motorcycle headlight).. this only happens on rough roads or when im changing lanes.. a quick search yielded a few threads with people having the same problem...

I found a SIB to get this issue fixed here on this PDF attached.

Lights 63 10 07 October-07 E92/93 Headlight Vibrates when Vehicle is in Motion

Lights 63 13 07 August-07 E90/91/92 Headlight Vibrations

and now here's my question..
I have after market HID's, angel eye bulbs, and corner bulbs.. I plan to take my car to Crevier BMW.. is this going to be a issue or should I re-install my stock bulbs than bring it back in? I also wanted to get the fuel pump recall done and get my car checked out because as of late i have felt turbo lag.. I also seem to have the wastegate issue I need to get checked out... any input would be greatly appreciated.. sorry for the cluttered post

Depends on your dealership..

To be on the safeside though since it IS a headlight issue, I would definitely revert back to stock bulbs

put your stock bulbs back in before you go to the dealership

problem resolved, i had some body work done to my car not too long ago because some punk either kicked my fender or hit-n-run my car.. anyhow i took it back to the body shop called ICC in santa ana... they were able to fix it for me for free.. one of the supporting brackets on the bottom of the headlight broke, so they just replaced that piece.. now there is no more abnormal bouncing on the highway.
