I'm new to the forum. I'm was intersted in getting into a short term lease 6 months or less. I would also consider the an xi sedan for a bit longer lease. here is what I'm looking for:
- 328 Convertible or 335 (lease should be less than 6 months)
- 328xi or 335xi sedan (would consider a longer lease)
- 2009, 2010 would be great
- I would consider 07 or 08 if still under warranty
- no coups
- Options dont matter as much
- I'm flexible on colors
- I would also consider the 1 series, only convertibles though

I have some questions:
- what are the costs associated with getting into the lease?
- should I avoid the 335 or most of the issues have been resolved?
- When I return the leased car, what would the leasing company consider as damage or needs repairs? Anyone with expereince on this? how flexible are they?
- Would I be able to negotiate the price at the end of the lease and get something better than buyback?

I'm in the new england area and would consider any location for this lease as long as we can come up with an agreement.

I'm basically looking for "try before your buy".
