Retrofitting E90 330 exhaust onto 325?

So I'm trying to purchase a new rear bumper for my 325 and im contemplating whether to go with the 330 style with dual exhaust ports or just go with the single side port. Does anyone know if the undercarriage of the 330 is different from the 325? Im wondering if I can somehow retrofit a 330 exhaust onto my 325, and if not, if theres enough space to run custom duals.

Has anyone done this, or have any experience in regards to it?

I think you mean a 335 exhaust, yes the under carriage is different for that. and doing it will do nothing for you, in fact it would make your car heavier and flow worse.

You stand correct, I did mean 335. So i guess this isn't an option for me.

Well, how about using a 330 single side on a 325? Is this possible at least? Undercarriage the same? Different?

the 330 muffler will fit on the 325. but depending on how much you're getting if for, hit up gavin about the MMW performance muffler. stock look, but better flow.

The 330 muffler doesnt offer any advantages over the 325/328 system, the difference is the valve which is only used to warm the engine up faster on cold starts (worthless)

The interior piping structure of the 325/328/and 330 are almost the exact same to be honest, so the only real upgrade with a "factory" option would be a MMW CS v2 or the BMW performance exhaust, both of which retain factory part #'s.
