Umass Amherst auto show.

The UMass Motorsport Club would like to invite you to our annual car show, on Saturday, May 12th, 2007.

Summary:

This event is our own version of an awesome car show. It is a day filled with incredible cars, a chance to show off your ride, loads of opportunities to win trophies (with or without a ride), and view some of the most rediculous events in motorsports. You'll also have a chance to meet club members and talk to some of the premier gearheads on campus and in the surrounding area. Parking is every other space and everything on wheels is eligible for awards. (If you bring a tank or hovercraft we'll make exceptions) We'll also be bringing in as many vendors as possible ranging from food to performance parts and racing shops. Read on for specifics.

Maybe I'll go, too. Might as well -- it was my education at UMass that got me started on a path where I could afford my toys!!

I got a BS in Computer Systems Engineering at UMass/Amherst, then went on for an MBA at Babson College. I've worked in a number of industries, including manufacturing, health care, and financial services. I've been consulting/contracting for most of the last 10 years...currently in financial services.
