Item Interest

I have babied this car since I got it from BMW Peabody with 35k miles on the clock.
Oil has been changed twice, air and cabin filter replaced and wiper blades are new.
The car looks and drives very sharp tires and breaks have 15k on them and are 15% worn.
Handling is very tight. 0 issues and clean car fax. exterior/interior 9/10

2008 CPO sedan 50.5k miles
certified preowened until 1/28/14 or 100k miles
automatic
black interior with wood trim
power heated seats
headlight washers
LEDs in the door handles
3 sets of keys and all the books + CPO slip

I am asking 22k obo. Reason for sale ... new job and longer commute = 4 banger in my future or a 135i
