Hit 95k the other day and still running strong. Have waste gate rattle. Original HPFP replaced at 83k with recall. I got another car last October, though, so the mileage I put on the 335 has slowed down. I bought the 335 in 3/2009 with 27k, so I was going at about 3k/per month.
Too much fun to drive it!

Can anyone answer how much it is to replace:
1- HPFP w/ labor? 1- Set of Turbos w/ labor? 1 - Ignition Coil w/ labor? I ask, if these are the items that are likely to fail over time -what in a sense is the total risk after 50k miles etc.

I just hit 99k and should hit the 100k soon.

Set of turbos with labor is about 6k but that's not your worry unless your wastegates are ticking and it's bugging you. Coils are easy to replace yourself, but if you have the new ones then you should be fine.

You'll be surprised with BMW's prices.
Just because Tischer is selling them for that doesn't mean that you would get that if you went into a dealer to get the work done. I'll bet BMW charges about 20+ hours for labor even though it might take less. At 165/hour, you'll hit that price quite easily.

No, but ask a BMW dealer how many hours it would take to replace the turbos and I'll bet you they'll quote that or higher.
They put 16 hours of labor on my data sheet when they did just the actuators.
