Been taking it easy since my fill up last Thursday. Trip so far is on 425 miles (now just under half a tank) and showing another 345 to empty. I'm happy with that!

Filled up this evening, thought i was seeing things - the range showed 995!

I dont think I have ever seen it over 850 before, so it must have been an exceptionally economical previous 20 miles.

Been inspired to slow down of late, has saved me some money, but its dull. Just wanted to see what a 335i can when driven normally. 70% of my journeys on Motorway at 75-85, the rest 'urban'

So, averaged 29.1 mpg ( was 25 mpg before) and shovelled 383 of petrol in last 3 weeks over 1730 miles. Slowing down reduced cost by about 60. Bored now, experiment over.
