A mirage 2000 intercepted a Vueling air a320 just to take pictures. Brilliant! I would be scared out of my mind if i was the passenger on the a320!

Rather routine for me, it seems in every Ace Combat I am asked to escort some civilian flight.

An excellent use of taxpayer money.

The A320 should have taken evasive maneuvers like a scissor or do split S. That would have been a flight to remember for the passengers.

Cool stuff. Here's a backstory on it (couldn't confirm 100% veracity of source).

An extraordinary video footage has emerged, showing a Vueling Airbus A320 being escorted by a Dassault Mirage 2000. The video details the full interception. from the fighter jet’s arrival to its departure and the scene of the fighter pilot taking photos of the Vueling aircraft with both hands almost makes the video feel like a part of an action film. Apparently, it is not but a real incident that took place on 27th May on flight VY8366 from Malaga to Amsterdam. The reason for the escort appears to be a communications issue of the aircraft which apparently got fixed moments after the Mirage’s arrival. The video seems to have been shot by a passenger on board however is presently blocked on YouTube due to using a copyrighted musical track as the background music. Pretty cool. Yeah if I didn't know what was going on I'd start to get a little nervous when that fighter jet started bearing down on the aircraft I was in.

Vueling Airlines has to be the absolute worst airline in Europe.
I think i get better service from a hot dog stand that than airline.
