Hey guys, just throwing this idea out there too see who might be intrested.

in Coram NY on Long Island seems like a lot of fun and prices are very resonable, from the website:

Fees: Field paint $8 for 100 rounds, $30 for 500; $7 camouflage rental outfit; $30 rental package ($40 at the door), includes full day admission, at least 8 games, semi-automatic paint pistol, initial carbon dioxide airfill and the goggle and mask system.

If we get a group of 10 or more prices drop down.

My idea:

See if we can have a friendly competition with another forum, maybe bimmer guys against honda's, nissan's, etc....

After a few hours of shooting each other, just have a meet right there in the parking lot to get to know each other, OR we could have the meet first just so you know EXACTLY who you want to keep shooting

Day needs to be figured out, I am guessing end of May would be best because some people still have finals etc. Sunday might be the best day for all, but open is discussion.

All are invited, I will prob be coming down with at least 4 people, so tell all your friends...

What do you guys think? Any idea's or comments?

Off the FAQ from the website:

Does it hurt when you get hit with a paintball?
It is a bit of a sting. We try to keep close range shooting down to a minimum.

Can I bring my own paintball gun, goggles and paintballs?
At our locations you can bring your own paintballs gun, we’re sorry no full auto or burst modes allowed. You can also bring your own paintball goggles. You must have goggles that are manufactured specifically for paintball and they must have a full face mask and ear protection. The paintballs have to be purchased directly from our fields.

So anyone that decides to bring out a bazoka and decide to go rambo on us will just be booted.

I def am not a pro, havent played in at least 5 years and own no equipment, will just rent from them.

Maybe we should just ask amatuers to play

Dude, the fear of getting hit is what makes it exciting. Think if it didn't hear, everyone would be running into the open blind firing. Get it?

It also depends where you get hit. If its your thigh or back of your arm or some place with a lot of nerves IT DOES HURT. Sometimes even more than a "little sting". Try black and blues.

ok guys, seems like we have a pretty good intrest going, start shooting out some dates, im off on weekends so either day is fine for me.

yeah it all depends on a date. I don't have my bmw yet lol, but I love paintball.
I would be bringing a friend with me.

I can't do the memorial weekend though, out camping. First weekend of June or week before, the 18th of May.
