Need HELP installing front splitters

I'm trying to install the front splitters for the M bumper, but I have no idea how to take off this screw, plug or whatever it is.

Any ideas?

Are you trying to install the front splitters designed for OEM front bumper on an MTech front bumper?

I'm installing splitters designed for the M bumper on my M bumper. The splitters fit, but I need to take that thing out.

Um aren't splitters just 3m tape + bolt on...?

Front Splitters right? The two pieces that go on the OEM bumper?
That's how I installed mine.

It seems like it's more of a screw than a plug. I tried to pry it out with a flathead, but it seemed like there were some ridges like a screw.

Just installed it. I couldn't get the thing out, so I just made a slit on the splitters to slide it under the flap.

It's a bit different for the M bumper. You need to take out a flap and in order to out the flap you need to take out two screws and a screw that looks like a plug.
