Connecteddrive 'my info' help
Guy's,
I have the older idrive system (CCC) on a 2008 car with pro nav & telematics, and a couple of days ago I registered for BMW Assist. Now, when I send a message to the car using 'my info' I can see the message, but when I open it and select 'OPTIONS' the only option available is 'DELETE' - all the remaining choices are greyed out! So if I send an address to the car I cannot then transfer it to Navigation! Anyone had this problem? Could it be a software/firmware upgrade needed? Cheers for any help.
