HELP! Need 2011 e92 LCI HID Fog with no error codes?

Does anybody know where I can pick up some HID fog lights that will not give me an error code? Also, does anybody know what brightness would match the LED rings the best? Thanks

I got cheap eBay hid 4300k and always keep them in auto mode and no code
