well, folks can not vote on something that cant be confirmed.

I say book the 20th to get something on the books, while reserving also the 26th as a possibility. Between those 2 dates, we should be able to agree wats workable by this wkend, and then cancel the other that we dont need.

EDIT:We should have enough time to canx either one, within the refundable window.

I work on Saturdays so I am not sure how early I will be able to be there. I am going to try to rearrange my schedule but about 2pm is the earliest I will be able to manage. I am happy to bring something to eat as well as take lots of photos.

Try to get out early on Saturday...I think the 26th is the better day to pull this off...you're a vet on this forum...hopefully, you can make it.
