LOL. Let's see. Damp track, good temp, normal car, long sustained slide.
Hastings in APRIL! Wet track, low temp, race car, ................. This is going to be fun to talk to your instructor after a couple of sessions to see what he thinks of your car. They really have no idea. Actually I wasn't even talking about your Jeremy. I had a student a couple of years ago that came from a Porsche to a 318 like Nehrus' so he didn't like letting people pass but we were in a slow car. Long story short he had no feel for what the car was telling him so I had to warn him everytime we were going to slide sideways on a freshly wet track and he STILL wouldn't respond quickly. We never spun but a couple of times I was looking at track out through the side windows. Not fun |

The '09 BMW doesn't look very fast. It looks very fat compared to the other F1 cars. The Mclaren doesn't look very good either which isn't what I would have expected from either of them.

Figured that I wouldn't have to worry about much more snow, so tonight I put the Breytons back on. I just can't get over how much grip the RE01Rs have. Now I just have to wear them out so I can get some RE11s

8 MONTHS????!!! Wow that would suck. What all are you getting done? As for the meet I'd be down but aren't you in IC? Sometimes a group of us go for a nice drive in the morning but it's usually a last minute type of thing. Then there's always the regular club thing with the "older" members and their 5 series. LOL Not that I'm that young, but when I'm having dinner with a doctor or lawyer, we aren't going to have much to talk about. Unless maybe the lawyer could help me out of another ticket or the doctor could cure me from an injury sustained while working on the car. They don't wanna talk about the latest track I've driven, last mod I did, or what I plan to do to the car in the future. LOL And I don't wanna hear about their job unless they're doin' the secretary, but his wife sitting next to him doesn't need to hear about it so I don't GET to hear it. LOL

Spanish GP is a go. Jamie and I are going for about $750/person for flight and hotel. GP tix are about 120 euros for GA and if you want a seat about 230 euro. Crazy expensive
