I talked to ESS about an intercooler option and he said that with 6 lbs of boost it would be pointless to have 6 more feet of tubing because it was drop boost pressure. And doing what I plan on doing requires many hours of R&D. But I'll be going to school for Automotive System Engineering and plan on trying to do it for a project. Fingers crossed I can.
As for the injectors, I'm not sure.
I see, then yea the BOV from BPC would work great then. The intercooler option would be great anyway since ESS's tunes are very conservative and I was reading that the V3 supercharger can handle alot more power with proper tuning and fueling. That's great that you are going to school for ASE, that is definitely necessary especially when creating a high horsepower N52!
When talking with AJ, the owner, he told me that something blew when they got over 350 whp so they dropped it down to 315-320ish hp and called it good. Yeah I'm really hoping with everything I learn I can go to some sort of after market company.

I'm still working through issues related to cold start and hesitation, which are worse with the AC on. My next step is to replace both the MAF sensor and the throttle body. Otherwise, I love the way the car runs.

From a stop, press the accelerator and it's like it is running on two cylinders. Or if I am driving around in drive (not sport mode) at low RPM, it will miss like it is starving for fuel. Again, these symptoms are intermittent. Some cold start mornings it will start fine, but the idle will begin to hunt then a miss fire will start and it will die. Then on restart it is fine. Again, everything I've described is worse or more frequent with the AC on.

Have you tried resetting pedal adaptations?

It won't fix hardware issues like stuttering, but some of the issues you have (initial throttle dip in) may be corrected.
