Totally out of this conversation, I've had some rust appear under my hood near the headlights and its starting to bubble on top of the hood. Took it to Hamel and they took a few pictures, they looked pretty confident that I would get a replacement hood, hopefully it works out

No codes right now. Coils were all changed at the same time as the plugs. I did this after buying the car.

Had a nasty collission yesterday, I won't say accident. Just got in the car when this happened, I was parked in a residential area, never saw a thing.

What a cluster F that is. Not sure I'd want it repaired. The rear left wheel impact is visibly the worst part. I'm glad your ok. How the heck did the other car manage to ride up the side of your car like that??!!! Anyway ... its just a thing. Hopefully it will be written off, they'll cut you a check for another ride.

Anyone shopping for Continental tires? They are throwing in 2 Marriott weekend nights, I will throw some money at you if you buy Contis and let me keep the free night certificates.

Doesn't look so. I've been home for exactly 3 days since March 14th (!) (business + personal travel) and I will only finally get home on May 20th. I have holiday trips mid-June, probably another one on Labour day, and another one over Christmas. When I totaled up all the trips for the year, my eyes popped out of my head, and I realised I will be completely broke, so I decided to park tracking for this year.

Then I went and bought camber plates

So I am already starting my next year's planning. I think I will try 245s this time, since I can go -2 degrees with the camber plates, and this should be some FUN times.

Now that my friend sounds like a plan.

LCMT Viper club

Last Friday's event with Viperclub at Le Circuit Mont Tremblant was a hoot. I need to thank Mr Seb for sharing car craft and showing me what an M3 can do.

Not a bad day weather-wise. We had a little bit of rain to keep everyone honest and I even got a light sunburn through the clouds in the afternoon.

Clobbered my best time from last year by over 4 seconds, controlled a small spinout in the rain (still put all 4 off ) at Carousel and managed to finally tackle my nemesis - turn 1-2-3. Turn 4 and Namerow remain.

I'm actually looking forward to going back for a change.

Introducing myself. Happy new 06 E91 owner. First BMW. My 10th car in the past 15 years. Hope she treats me well =)

Just got it today, guess what? passenger retrain system malfunction on my CCC screen. Ugh. They did remove the drivers seat for re-upholstery.. but assume it'd say "driver restraint system" and not passenger?

I noticed there's a recall on the 06 model for the seat pad sensor..
But other than that, I put on 18" Fast Nemesis staggered, 9" 265 35 18 and fronts are 8" 235 40 18s'.. awesome ride!

This last my last favorite car.. 06 impreza.. Whiteline G4 coilovers, 18" FSTI JDM wheels, custom TSX STI w/leveling (1st one to do it) headlights.. lots of fun!

Congrats on buying a car instead of an SUV. I find the whole car too black. But that is only my opinion.

Hope you enjoy it.

Congrats on your new ride.

Welcome! You should come track it like Nick tracked his A4 wagon but then, that seems to be the usual welcome we do to people, haha.

In my news, despite not tracking this year, I just threw come Ground Control plates on my car. I'm incorrigible. On the upside, this means I can upgrade to 245 rubber with -2 degrees now, woohoo!
