I just hit the touchless wash on 38 in Tewksbury. Not bad. Doesn't get the car completely dry but I will definitely be using it through the winter.

I can sympathize with batteries.
I never get included in anything either.

Hey guys,
Selling the wife's R56 Mini cooper here real soon. Not sure what I'll get for it or if I'll do a trade in but we're considering a 328 wagon. Know anyone that might be thinking of selling theirs. a well maintained auto sedan would also be considered. Get at me if you hear of anything will ya? Torgus is already on the lookout. Not going for another N54/N55. |

Touch free on the Arlington/Lexington border on Mass Ave is making millions off me.
The only touching my car gets for a wash, is with my natural sponge when it's not f*cking freezing outside. Same on the undercarriage too. Closing in on 90k miles on my '08, and last time my car was on the lift, I was blown away at how good my undercarriage looks. Even the exhaust flanges/bolts look pretty good. |

Anyone going for the VRSF 3.5" exhaust? Was hoping to hear it in person before buying.

It's hard for me to justify it. Terry made 700 on his stock exhaust e92. I know you lose 40 lbs but it is significantly louder...I'm on the fence on picking up the revised version or not. I imagine it will sound very similiar to the last rev unless you get the race option...

Seems crazy to me to spend any $ on exhaust for no HP gains.

There are HP gains at higher power levels, I'll try to dig up the comparison I had from a couple years back but a single turbo tester made 38whp with just the stock catback swap to our first revision.
Most people swap for the sound. The power gains are relatively lower on a non FBO car but you do save over 40lbs. |
