Cooked 18lb's of Ribeyes and New York strips (olive oil, salt/pepper), a long with 12 pieces of chicken (marinated in white wine, olive oil, Maggi seasoning, pepper and sugar) to perfection; a long with Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. They were all devoured. Had a BBQ for 25 people. I didn't get any pictures of them though, and I wish I had a chance to try the chicken, lol.

"Beer Can" Chicken.
Butter, meat rub, garlic powder, onion powder injected under the chicken skin. Meat rub put on outside of chicken. Filled "beer can" with thyme, mashed garlic clove and beer. 1 hour 15 min to this.

That's always tasty.

Btw .. Some info for all the people in here who don't eat their steak "bloody". There is NO blood in steak, what you guys think is blood is actually myoglobin (a type of protein). Myoglobin is what separates red meat from white meat and it give the meat it's red color.

Anyone have any experience with Lion or Blaze grills? I've been looking at new grills and these caught my eye after originally looking at a Weber Summit. (Gonna move my 13-year old Genesis to second grill.) Any experiences, positive or negative, would be appreciated.
