Motons are nice, but way overkill for what I'll be needing. If I decide to go the coilover route, I'll most likely go with AST's...but even that is probably overkill. me racing regularly is really just wishful thinking. because of my work schedule, I haven't been able to race more than 3-4 times a season.

I was all set to order a set of H&R sport springs, but I'm not sure if they are stiff enough, and I don't really want a progressive spring. H&R race springs look tempting because it's a linear spring, and it's stiffer but the drop may be lower than I want. I just found a thread about Swift releasing Spec-R springs for the E92 though, so I'll probably just wait for those and pair them with either Koni yellows, or Bilstein shocks with sport valving.

Those Motons are CHEAP! Anyhow, that's what I got (bilstein/H&R race). Perfect for a daily driver and it works o.k for road course. Not very competitive though, but more so in autox. I'd look into an LSD as well

those motons are expensive if you only get to use them once or twice a year lol If I autocross at all, it won't be much more than that, so I'm not really looking to spend a lot of money prepping the car for it. If I have more time to race, and decide to start doing it more often again, I'll try to pick up an EVO IX MR like I had to use for that. If I'm going to race, I want to win lol
