Atleast people have the option to change overboost delay.

Seems the cars a are a little more boost happy. So it could be DME software for wastegates perhaps, unless Shiv changed something for WG control or lack thereof.

You should see the issues we have between software updates and lighting between cars ugh.
I forget when u went to the dealer last but I think that 2.40 and on stuff came out lime 2 months ago. Either way the wg logic Bmw uses shouldn't matter as the procede controlls the wastegates independently. Who knows but a lot of people are having these overboost and sloppy boost control issues lately. As for the timing. The procede is def doing something wrong here lately. People need to realize that just because the log says zero doesn't mean its zero....that timing is well into the negatives which is a big issue for suck low boost on 94 octane.

Why is the timing so bad? It says you have methanol in your signature, were you spraying on that run?

OP- Just run Map1 defaults. Another thing you can try is better fuel. I don't know what kind of fuel you run but make sure it isn't BP. We heard consistent feedback from users that BP is pretty bad.

Also, try dropping Boost Control gain to 45%. This should get rid of the post-shift boost oscillation. The Procede will do this itself automatically over time (wastegate compensation). But no harm in doing it manually and letting it clean things up itself.

Currently using 94 octane. From husky in Canada. It does contain ethanol. Could that be a problem. Should I go with maybe shell 91 even tho it less octane?

I am spraying on a cm10 nozzle, debug byte 7 is methanol flow.

Drop your boost down to 13.5 (35%) and see if your timing curve cleans up. It may be a bad tank of gas or 14 is too much boost. My car didn't have issues with it as I told you before but each car runs a little different. If the timing still looks like shit drop it 13 (30%). If that still doesn't fix it, I would think that maybe you got a tank of bad gas.

I highly doubt he has bad gas or running too much boost. I'm running on 93 octane plus meth at the same boost level and I have the same issue.
