I think the key is using quality connectors..I use insulated spade connectors that give a much better connection than "wire nuts". I have only had 1 FSB fry and that was from coolingmist.

I ran the Vishnu PWM meth for 2 years which is Aquamist hardware controlled by the PROcede. I never had any issues with that setup.

But, I'm no longer running the PROcede and just bought Aquamist HFS4. I personally think the Aquamist hardware is superior, but that's just my opinion.

There is a FSB from Terry and from Coolmist and the one from Terry has been flawless.

I only run the stock lines that are shipped with the kit. I didn't see the need to upgrade.

$$$$ I don't know if I should laugh or cry!

Finally got around to putting some of my parts back on the car this week. Installed my HPF 7" FMIC and took the bumper off to restore my fog lights. Had to break out the block sander. Was taking forever to get the pits out of them. Finally got them polished out and they look like new. Ordered the 6% tinted LAMIN-X protective film, big $ but I don't want to polish them out again any time soon and the 6% tent will look nice. Also installed my AFE Stg II Pro cold are intake. Painted the grill scoops to match my calipers, Chevy Orange.

Meth and DPs are going back on Saturday morning and my new ER CP will be here sometime mid next week. Then Open Flash and dyno tuning. Looking to make 450 wheel.

Not sure if the car will be back in Ill any time soon. I wish the train from Portland/Seattle to Chicago had a car mover. I would jump on the train and head for Chicago. Nice two day trip.

So Wedge are those compression fitting if not what kind are they? I will probably just get the fittings from AM and use them on my kit.

Yeah, trust me, it will be well inspected... I've been welding all my life and if something doesn't look right I won't accept it. I've actually fixed things myself in the past, but this will be anodized, so I really don't want to mess with it unless I need to clean up the inside. But for what I paid, it better be space shuttle quality.

Some of the shit I've seen and even the crap I've seen posted online makes me want to open up my own fabrication shop and bust out some quality products. Wedge Performance. Maybe after I retire. I don't see this platform dropping off any time soon. The 07's are just getting to the point now they are really affordable for the average Joe. Wish I would have never sold my Miller 2000 TIG welder.

I have my Vishnu CP, but I pulled the meth nozzle adapters for my buddies CP when he bought my PROcede. Can't stand the boot connection to the throttle body so that's why I bought the ER. Should look good with my AFE Stg II and my anodized black Forge DVs. Give'n it a fresh new look.

Are aquamist nozzles 1/8" to NPT like most? What would be there equivalent DO14?

Aquamist Parts

Lot of variations to choose from. Best that you just take a look. I use the 6mm hose from the pump and then 4mm after the PWM valve. Compression fittings and then press on at the jet/nozzle. I've never had an issue with leaking.
