Not yet. Most likely it will be updated to "waiting for the vessel ..." tomorrow.

Here's my current status from the 800 number:

"Vehicle production is complete and is waiting to be released to the carrier". What does this mean exactly, is it at the port and just waiting for a ship or it it still at the factory and has not left for the port? It's been in that status since May 4th.

My completeion date was May 4th and the car was awaiting for the shipping vessel since May 6th.

Now, it seems I didn't get on the May 9th Liberty to the East coast (13 day to NYC). I am hoping for the 11th Elektra (14 days), not the 12th - Atlantic Compass, which takes 18 days to NYC.

i juss called my dealer and he said it was loaded on a ship about 2 days ago. so it's probably on the ship that's leaving today..hopefully. he estimated about 2 - 2.5 weeks for delivery. the 800# isn't so hot..told me i'm still waiting for a ship..call your dealer guys =).

Wow! It must be on LIBERTY. Will arrive NEW YORK in 13 days!

Not sure about mine yet. I'd hope mine on the same boat because the completion date was May 4th.

Can't tell. Seems the cars are being driven onto the ship, different shapes with headlights on. They have to be the passengers, not the new BMWs, because the new cars are wrapped with no gas loaded. The ship will stop in other ports in Europe.

Maybe it's the Elektra. Liberty should be leaving today.
Satellite shows both of them at the port. oh well.

I thought cars were coated with some wax to protect them and
driven into and out of the vessel.

1) you need to register to get access to satellite images.

2) you will see the world map.

3) click on germany to zoom in to Bremerhaven approach map.

4) keep zooming. what you will see are triangles
with vessel names.

5) see attached image to see the 2 vessels we are following
Liberty (by the way this one left the port already)
Elektra (the one getting loaded now at port)

by the way,
Yellow triangle means vessel stopped or going very very slow
green triangle means vessel moving

the liberty and elektra are close to the red circle.

I still don't know if my baby is on either vessel.

Time to harass my CA.

Liberty is gone. The dock is empty now. I am betting on Elektra for mine.

Looks like the Elektra's at port and like many of you I hope I get loaded (maybe literally if my car gets on-board).
