I got rubbing though, right front wheel rubs the oil cooler grill just a tiny bit while turning left all the way. |

UPDATE...
So I hate to say this but I rub... Front tires rub the fender liner, while turning right the left front rubs the front fender liner and so on on the other side. I dont think there will be much solution for it unless you pull out the fender liner. Rear rub even though I am rolled, I am not sure where it rubs though but any rubing is not acceptable for me. I am faced with either running smaller than 275 on the rear and smaller than 245 on the front or selling off the rims.

I envy you for the size of you garage! You can easily install a car lift in there!

Cool video just don't understand what it has to do with this? Quote:

There is one thing you can do for the rear. You can try to heat the fender liner and roll it with a similar roller they use for Dynamat installs hoping you mend it into shape that will let the wheel go further in. As for the fronts you gotta get a less wide of a tire or change the offset of the wheel so as it the sidewall stays away from a liner. I cant afford one more set of tires so if any of you considers this setup I would say go with 235 35 19 front and 265 30 19 rear, with those I didn't seem to have any issues with 4 people in the car and hauling ass on the deserted road of SC. |

More update...
Went back to my Alufelgen setup with 8.5 front tire and learned that 245 30 19 Michelin PS 2 also rubs my fender liner, as for the rears 275 so far no rubbing. I am paranoid at this point.

Michelin PS2 are amazing tires, unfortunately they're prone to rubbing on aggressive setups. Maybe if you went 235/35/19 and 265/30/19 rears with the PS2's and adjusted camber you'd be gold. Sometimes a little stretch isn't a bad thing. =)

Update on your wheels?
So whats going on with your wheels? Curious how bad you might rub on Re-11.
My wheels are for sale by the way: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...77#post9390477 |

It rubs with both sets using 245 30 19 PS2's. , Currently working on adjusting fender liners, but it doesnt look too good so far.
If I run 235 front and 265 rear I think they will fit. I had those sizes at the beginning and it didn't rub with 4 people in the car and no fender roll. I just cant afford to get another set of tires at this point and my wife is about to go postal on me, lol. |

Adjusted fender liners, best I could do is 2-3 mm clearance between tire shoulders and fender liner on both sides.
Questions: 1) Will I have crazy understeer if i go 235 front and keep 275 rears? 2) If i drop half an inch on the front will my 2-3 mm clearance go away or as the tire goes in the fender I will be fine? Thoughts? |

Are your fender liners different from mine since you have the M-Sport bumper?

If you haven't bought the tires yet I would suggest going with 235/265 because you will rub (with Ps2's or any other tire with square sidewall thats as tall as PS2's), take my word for it. Michelin's are great handlers yet I noticed that the sidewall of 35 looks like a 40 almost. I was able to stick 2 fingers between the fender and a tire, now its just one. |

Maybe since I'm lowered, the geometry is changed enough to avoid rubbing in the front? I have my fingers crossed. I should've turned the wheels to see when I test-fitted the wheels with the 245/35 Michelins. |
