Yeah, they probably got too many requests from some E90post.com referring site.

Looks like I officially jumped on with you guys in Zeebrugge. The WW site has been spot on for me from the moment it showed my cargo booking on the 4th of June.
Since this is RoRo, I am guessing it is LIFO (Last on, first off). Too bad that probably has nothing to do with the VPC order! Good news is that i jump off at the first stop in the US at New York.

She's making her way through the thousands of ships currently maneuvering within the English Channel:

I had to laugh yesterday. I sent a fellow co-worker an email letting her know my bimmer was on the boat and off to the States. She is a huge BMW fan and is waiting for a lunch in the new car. So, she says in her reply "I don't even want to know how you got a picture of the boat." I replied... "Determination" :rocks: Admitting later, the board here and how the boat has many of us waiting every second for the darn thing to show up.
Gotta love this site!

Did not know what RoRo meant, so I looked it up. BTW: Do not read the risks section of this article

Freedom has docked in Southhampton. I got some webcam shots of her coming in, turning and then finally mooring at what appears to be dock 41 in southhampton. The webcam shots are kind of grainy, however the white ship in the next series of shots is the Freedom coming in. Webcam is here:
http://www.southamptonvts.co.uk/webcams.htm {Only updated every 10 mins} It looks down from the Ocean docks Map of Southhampton is here: http://www.southamptonvts.co.uk/files/pos.pdf You can determine where dock 41 is: WebCam shots of freedom docking in succession. (You can see Freedom coming in and swinging around with the help from a tug) |

Yeah, sorry for not explaining RoRo. I work in the industry so I forget what others may have not heard of yet. You don't even want me to post my ship accident deck. I do not think there are any RoRo's in it, but it shows what can happen to your shipment in transit.
Pretty funny though, since it was not my goods.

Were you on one of these boats? How did you feel going into this? What made the ship sink at the pier? We have some customers that use P&O Nedlloyd. Amazing pics! Let's hope that the Freedom has a much calmer trip than these ships did! Thanks |
