So went to put my winter wheels and tires on yesterday and couldn't get the back left wheel lock off. So today at the shop i have out head mechanic give it a shot. Wont budge. Last time they were off was at Tread City Tire a couple months ago. I told the guy putting them back on 80 Ft lbs with a torque wrench. He must not have listened.... So now we had to cut and drill the mother fucker out. Wheel lock set is now shot, wheel is gouged from the air chisel and I'm pissed. My rant for the day, I will be going to see them at TCT soon.

Anyone near Buffalo with a rear wheel bearing tool they can lend me? I'll get you a case of beer or bottle of booze for your trouble. Please let me know.
Thanks

Make sure you put the bearing in the right way. We had a car come that was at another shop and they put the bearing in backwards. |

Thanks for the heads up.
The correct tool is like $250! I could have the job done for that kind of scratch.

Anyone from Buffalo here have a black 335i coupe? I see one all the time when I am running up Park and maybe the same car in N buff on Crecent.
Edit, I scrolled up, looks like that might be e60holics car.

Just got the garage all cleared out and now have room to tuck my car away! No brushing off snow in the morning for me anymore! Spent a good 3 hours cleaning out the interior last night and found a Euro under the backseat!!!!

Mine didnt cost me a dime. Old tennis ball, one screw with finish washer to hold into ceiling, string, and a screw in hook for the ball. My friends call me ghetto because i didnt get the laser attachment for my garage door opener but screw em.
