I ordered through BMW North Scottsdale. My CA is Tim Cady. Called him today and he said the latest update he had was that it went into production last week!

I think Fragadellic ordered through Chapman. Did you get much in the way of incentives through BMW NS?

Also what specs did you order?

Nah.. Couldn't get much of anything off this car, unfortunately. Good thing is I knew that going into it. I am hoping that my trade will at least be fair.

I just added my specs into my signature now that I finally figured it out.

Yeah, I got mine at Chapman, although NS is only about 4 miles south of my house... It was definitely worth the drive to Camelback & 11th $treet...

I got sport/premium/comfort/shade/heated seats/sat/step/AS.

I would say that we have a great shot at being on either one, since our cars have been at port since Saturday. If we make either of those ships, a last week of May delivery is definitely a possibility. Personally I am keeping my fingers crossed for Carmen. It only gets in to Port Hueneme a day later and tracking it is simple on the WW site. If we don't make either of those (which is highly unlikely, although I have read stories here of people's cars sitting for a week at Bremerhaven) then we're definitely looking at a 1st or 2nd week delivery...

And since my car is black, I'm skipping the dealer detail. I am taking the day after delivery off work and spending it detailing my car and getting to know it
Oh, and installing my painted reflectors...LOL!!!

My car completed production on 4/12 and I still don't have shipping information as of now. If I didn't make the Courage I may have a break down. Another week would surely push me over the edge. Crossing my fingers for a delay in updating the shipping info. I think a call to my CA is going to happen tomorrow.

I would definitely call your CA. There were several people whose cars completed 4/12 that made it on the Liberty. Have you checked the WW website, or just the OC?

I have been checking both constantly. In fact I just called the 800 number after I made that post....still waiting at the port....still no update on the WW site either. I must have made Courage as people with later production dates say they are on that boat. What have I done to upset the BMW Gods?? As long as I know my car is making progress I am happy but the thought of it just sitting there is making me crazy. Now that I think about it my CA is off tomorrow so I might not get an update until Wednesday. I think a sick day at work may be in order.

If your car completed production on 4/12, it was probably at the port on 4/14. Unless your status is screwed up in the computer (which it probably is), you've been waiting for a boat for 9 DAYS

I really hope yours is NOT really at the port still...but in reality, there's nothing we can do but pull our hair out and wait.

E93: depending on what your trade is they will offer you whatever your car was going through the auctions in manaheim (I think thats how you spell it). I have a 2003 CLK 500 right now, KBB of approx $24K. Dealer offered me $16K when I placed the order and told me that the number would likely be less at the time of delivery! Was a bit annoyed at him making me an offer as I told I was selling privately.....stupid really.

Dont suppose you know anyone who wants a 2003 CLK 500 do you? Just kidding....but would definetly recommend selling your current car privately beforehand. Just my experience....

Granted this may change but when I gave my CA my payoff information, he came back within 2K without seeing the car. Right now I have an '05 Acura TL with 21K miles. Not bad considering that I'm terminating my lease 18 months early as well. Just couldn't wait to get in this car!

Looks like our cars are pretty similiar too. I was torn between the Space Grey and Sparkling Graphite. I saw the Space Grey coupe with Coral and loved it! Never thought I'd go for a red interior but after I saw it, there was no question...especially in the convertible. Top up..Conservative but drop the top...

Well, I'm hoping my CA is true to his word. Worst case I was looking at an additional 2K.

Man, you're not kidding. This is definitely becoming the hardest part. Now the build process seems like it was easy. I guess because there were changes almost daily. Now are cars are done and just sitting there waiting to hitch a ride.

I called the dealership, my CA is off today, spoke to another person, who said the car is on the courage.but she said my car is scheduled to be at the dealer on 5/7, not the port in Jersey 5/7, but at my dealer... I asked 3x are u sure, she said yes 3x...

I don't know how that is possible unless they decided to load your car onto a plane......If so, how do I sign up??

That does sound weird, especially since both ships that left come in on or after that day.
