Thanks dude! Not going to lie I wanted these wheels but they weren't in stock and I am too impatient so I went with style 313s! Maybe next year I will get these ones! They look so good!

Thanks Seb - I value your opinion as your motor looks spot-on! I'm going to experiment with the machined finish by making it a little darker when the weather improves along with getting the MV4's fully refurbished in ferric grey.

Wow! Just read from start to finish. Great read.
Going to change my Glow Plugs soon as my 325d is a bit lumpy on cold idle and I scanned it and it came up with 3 of the 6 glow plugs.
So I thought I would do the easiest and cheapest job first.

Good call Iain. There's some evidence to suggest that glowplug errors prevent regeneration so well worth doing. It's a straightforward job mate biggest hassle is getting intake manifold off. Take a look at ebay.de as I've since found out that Beru branded oem controllers can be had for around 40 quid delivered.....

Yeh I had read that too.
I'm pretty handy with the spanners so the manifold shouldn't be too much of an issue.
Will take a look on there cheers.
And keep up the good work!

Seriously thinking about a set of those wheels for my E92 - they look brilliant!
Been on the CM Wheels website and there looks like there are a fair few different size and offset choices... which ones did you get, out of interest (don't want them rubbing!!)

Thanks

Thanks mate - I love 'em

They're these:

I do get a little rubbing on the drivers side rear wheel, going to investigate when I have a chance, seems it's common but it's very minor and doesn't even mark the tyre so I think it may be the arch liner that catches over bumps.

Nice one pal - thanks.
I wonder if it's because the D/S/R seems to sit ever so slightly lower then the P/S/R for some reason. Would make sense.

Just need my end of year bonus now!!!

I'm not sure that's it as only the drivers side rubs when loaded up. Very strange!

I love a bonus!
