Honest/reliable towing company in noth Dallas?

My wife's car won't start and is stuck in a parking lot. I tried jumper cables and had the battery checked, which showed very good values, so I'm suspecting it's the starter. I need the car towed to a shop but as I have never had a car towed and I've read horror stories on bad towing experiences I figured I would look here for advice.

I called a company with good reviews called Haul All Towing and left a voicemail but the guy has not called me back.

Our insurance covers up to $200 worth of towing expenses fwiw.

Good luck used whatever ins co has sent out never any problems. It will b ok I'm sure...

Came across a tow guy as I was out driving tonight. Said it would be $95 to the location I want it at, not too bad.
