Anyone know this guy?
"Hercules Pappas" from NJ?
I purchased some items from him on eBay and he has been jerking me around quite a bit (not responding to emails, etc).

Apparently not, but if you do happen to come into contact with him...he hasn't shipped my items in a week.

I finally got a response back today, claims he shipped the stuff out today as well. I won the auctions on Aug 20th though...sigh.

Send him an email that you need the tracking number, if he doesn't give it to you ,ask why not, which might mean he didn't send it and might be considered fraud or larceny where you can call 911 and have the police show up to file a police complaint and have him arrested, especially if you can confirm the person below is the same person. Don't forget to bring all your emails and paperwork of your purchase and record any conversations you may have with him .
