Anyone using this? If so do you like it and what can you say good or bad about it?

I've once bought the Grom MST-3 (most)

After some coding everything was ready to go and this unit did nothing. Hours later still nothing, so I've send it back to the retailer. I will NEVER buy grom (mostbus) again but I can't say anything about this product though.

Why not a Dension??

I'm very insterested in this solution, too. My car has the CD magazine (which plays MP3 CDs) collecting dust in the trunk, so I guess I don't need to code anything. For less than $150, I think this will be a great solution if it does all it says it does.

You need 2 things:

1 HU coded that it can play mp3 in the dash CD!
2 And a HU coded for a cd changer.

So you'll still have to code no. 1

Did it myself once and it's not that hard

Oh Thanks!. I'm lucky, I guess, because my dash CD plays mp3, too.
So I need no coding, then?

He said 2 things

That leaves Head Unit coded for the cd changer not to be confused with
the cd player in the radio.

Ok. My car has a CD changer in the trunk that plays mp3. It also has a CD player in the head unit that plays mp3 too. So I must conclude I don't need coding, according to what I read here.

You are good to go with hardware only

You are good to go with hardware only
I think you will use the use of the CD changer though.
Dension has some units that allow you to retain he CD changer and have
A2DP to.

That's ok. Last time I played an actual music CD was I think in the late 90s. I don't own a music CD today, let alone 5 to fill the CD changer. :-)

Thanks a lot guys, for the info.

Ctuna is right.
There are 2 options:
1 keep your CDC and add an unit like dension
2 add for example a dension instead of the CDC
