Thanks dude, looks great. Do the tips stick out further after a little after they heat up. I'd like mine to stick a little farther out. Any drone?
They definitely ordered the wrong one. Dude, you got hooked up.

Yes, there is some drone at around 2000-2500ish rpm but that is going to be any exhaust in the market. You could get something more wuiet but you will give up HP. It is always a compromise... you know what I mean right?

I send you a PM. By the way guys, I don't want to create confusion. I got this exhaust very cheap, the loacl shop told me that they sold it almost at their cost. I also paid some small shipping charges from bringing the exhaust from the Phoenix Warehouse to Tucson.

I don't want to get you blue balls over a price that you might not get. If you are in Cali I am sure you will pay even less for shipping since Magnaflow I believe they are in California.

I don't know if Magnaflow has a promotional price but what you might see on the website is the MSRP, that is a big difference from the real street price.

I wouldn't count on picking this exhaust for $645, I will realistically say it should be available on the street for somewehere around $700-$750 depending on where you live.

Also consider that there is some charge involve for the installation since there is cutting involved. My point is that there are still a some shops selling promotional exhaust for just under $1000 (Renn- art) and ultimately I don't want the people to use my price as a standard price. I just posted my experience with this exhaust and I shared my pricing, that is all.

If you find other cheap sources please post them so that we can all benefit from it.

Thanks very much man, I'm going to contact some local shops in LA tomorrow and see what I can come up with for prices. I will let everyone know how it goes.

Sounds good man. Remember, you will experience the vendors bargain over the invoice vs the MSRP. Any street shop/vendor will have a variety of prices, I personally brought some cars/business to this shop so that is why I think I got a smoking deal. I am guessing you could get this exhaust for mid $700 shipped. Ayt least give it a try, you are already in Cali, mostlikely the shipping is cheaper.. who knows.

i would still like to know what mufflers those are because i have basically the same setup but need different mufflers because mine (magnaflow) are too quiet above 3000rpm (less sound than stock). i think a muffler should fix that.

I think they are 5" round mufflers - might be these: 5" x 14" round muffler with 2.5" pipe inlets

Hopefully evo8mr can chime in.

^ No sound clip yet. I drove the car today to work and I also drove it last night a little bit. The drone is definately there but only at certain rpms then dissapears.

Some members actually contacted me mentioning that this exhaust is no more and no less what they were looking for (a semi cat back that will bolt on after the rear cats).

He says on clubbimmer that this is a complete bolt on. When I envision bolt on, it usually doesn't involve cutting shit. They must have done it that way to fit both the e90 and e92?

I would prefer something that bolts onto the existing cat so that you can go back to stock if need be. Thanks for posting this though.
