Coming up to the time for my first service on the E90.

I am in 2 minds whether to do it all myself or go to a local indy. If anybody knows a decent place around Preston/Lancashire please let me know.

After getting oil and filter, air filter, pollen filter, fuel filter, change diff and gearbox fluids done.

Cars just turned 130,000 and can't find a record of diff/gearbox fluid being changed so thought I would get them done.

Parts all seem to be fairly cheap for Mann/Bosch, I think if I am to do most of it myself I will just take the car to national tyres as they will do an oil (fuchs pro-flex full synth) and filter change for £49 which seems like a good price.

I am in two minds though as the car had full service history (not BMW) until I got it. So don't know whether to maintain the stamps or not.

might also be worth having the MAF cleaned, simple enough to do as you will have the airfilter out any way

I usually do most stuff myself but when it's a ramp only job I always use these guys for all our cars.
