Just got the Alpina B3 flash today and I have to say Alex is the man. I was having issues with my computer and Alex fix it and loaded the flash. Thanks for all thrle help and I would highly recommend going to Alex for this flash.

Hi Alex, I have a 2011 335i coupe with N55, and I am really interested in Alpina B3 Transmission TCU Flash.
But there is one thins I am worry about, I have tuned Performance Power kit to my car. Will this Transmission TCU Flash affect the PPK??

I just did this and I highly recommend this! In "D" mode, does the transmission go into neutral by itself at a complete stop? Or am I just crazy? I don't think stock did this.

FYI, I had the Alpina TCU flash installed over the PPK Stage 1 flash in my car and then installed a Cobb AP3 Stage 1+FMIC Sport map over that. The Cobb AP3 saved the combined PPK/Alpina programming before installing the Stage 1+FMIC Sport map.

The Alpina flash overwrote any TCU coding from PPK and the Cobb (which makes both engine and rpm/shift changes) overwrote any ECU and/or TCU coding done by the PPK and/or the Alpina flash.

I noticed significant tranny changes (but no significant engine/HP changes) after the Alpine flash was installed over the PPK. I noticed significant engine/HP changes (but no significant tranny changes) after the Cobb map was installed over the PPK/Alpina combo.

The resulting changes were all quite satisfactory.

Hey guys, I got my trans flashed by Alex@Alpine. He was very professional, very quick and on time for our appointment! I was in and out within 15-20 min! He can even code other cool things on your car as well. Like folding/unfolding mirrors with your key, and lots of other goodies! I was also concerned about the tach dropping issue, and he told me if that happens then he can fix it on the spot "which I didn't know was possible"! I would highly recommend him to anyone!
