What year did the TPMS wheel modules change?

I've got a 2007 328xi and I'm looking at wheels that came off a 2012 335i.

Just trying to plan out what I need to do.

Save yourself a headache and just convert the TMPS into the FTM. Take a look at this thread:

http://e84.xbimmers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1145078

I did it, now I don't need TMPS sensors.

To answer your original question though, the TPMS changed with the LCI, so 2009+ sensors are different.

Thanks... I thought it was pre-lci vs lci.

BTW... according to that link, it only works if you have a newer vehicle. My car has the old CCC system.

I'm thinking that it's still probably do-able, just slightly different.
