Angry Goodbye 335 ='(

4/29/13 Update - Got a call from the Police Dept letting me know the old lady passed away later Friday night... they will be doing a full investigation and i have to wait for them to finish before anything can be done with the car.

Got in an accident today because some old lady decided to make a left in front of me and gave me no where to go to avoid her. Car looks completely totaled as everything is pushed into the engine and there was oil and coolant all over the ground. Everyone be careful out that and watch out for oblivious old ladies!

If i can get them off and dont get another 335 then they are yours. luckily i have stock ones to put on at the tow yard if they dont give me too much crap. Luckily only total loss upgrades at the moment is my 7" vrsf intercooler and ST coils. The IC was visibly damaged and on the ground and coils are too hard to take out at the tow yard. Just have to remember to unistall my AP on Monday when i get everything else out.

The same exact thing was going to happen to me, but I had enough space to evade that attack. Glad to see your okay, you can always get another car but not another life.

The most important thing is you are OK. As a reminder to all of us, this is one of the reasons why we pay premium to ride in these cars. If there is an accident there aren't too many vehicles that would protect you better than BMW.

Totalled? That thing is wrecked! Good thing you weren't hurt. Looks like the energy absorption went all the way up to and through the A pillar. Must have been a big hit!

What a drag... your health is the most important factor after an accident. You will be back with a better beemer.

Glad you are ok....that is why I dont own a motorcycle, at least for now. Two friends from my hometown were cut off by elderly drivers in the same manner while riding their bikes.
