Thanks. More mods to come and I will post pics when they are done.

People who know BMW's will be able to tell if you have a 335 even without badging!!!! Take that shit off, driving a 335 is nothing special at all, the car is a piece of shit that everybody on here will tell you is an awesome tuner car! Reality check....its not. Everybody in their mother has a pos 07 335 now, hood rats can finally afford it bc its under 25k now!!! lol jk (but not really) De-badging a car is a great way to keep the young punks off your ass trying to race you! the car looks way better without.....

Does debadging leave a imprint? I'm kinda of scared to do it for that reason ??

Debaged my 335i today....badges were uber easy.....it was a bitch trying to get off the adhesive residue (1 hour) though. Soaking with Goo Gone worked well for me. Tricky......patience is key.

Just debadged mine following a guide on here. Used a hair-dryer which definitely loosened the adhesive up making it simple to get the badges off. The remnants of residue were a pain though, had to use a clay bar.

Also fitted my lip spoiler.

Going to debadge my 335 this weekend, going to pick up some goo gone or 3m adhesive removal (whichever one i find first) and use some floss, if floss doesn't do the trick i have a fishing and tackle shop down my block i can pick up some string from. I hope it's as easy as everyone makes it out to be!

i have debadged 3 cars already and no matter which car it is (Acura, VW, BMW) it made them look that much better and cleaner. I recommend 3M adhesive remover spray, its the best stuff out there in my opinion.

No Badges

I have debadaged just about every car I have ever owned (20+ cars).. couple of small exceptions. And each every time I do, I have successfully used Meguiar's Ultimate Compound (formerly #9). This stuff is incredible.
http://www.meguiars.com/en/automotiv...mate-compound/

Here is a terrible pict of my 330, sans the badges.

But I concur: hairdryer, dental floss, beer, patience... and it will come up. Use your fingernail to scrape off the sticky stuff as much as you can, then use rubbing alcohol to get up the big bits, then use the Meguiar's. To smooth it all out. Then wax afterwards. If you do it right, it will be VERY difficult to see the shadow in the paint.

Debadge FTW

Debadging gives a clean look, point blank. Like many stated before, we know what we drive. People ask me all the time if I have a 328i or M3. You'll be surprise how many people don't know what a 1/3/ or 5 35i exist.

I left mine debadged when I put the CSL trunk on, but I put the 335i badge on about four months ago (think it makes my car look like it came with a "rare" performance package ).

Now nobody asks me about my "M3" at gas stations anymore....

Sick, looks clean. I thought about putting my badge back on but squashed that idea. Afraid it won't be even or in the right spot.

Yeah -- had to measure it several times against my old deck lid and I still kind of squint at it like I'm mentally measuring it sometimes. If it hasn't bothered me enough to pull it back off by now though, it must be straight. Enough.
