Cobb malfunction?

Hey guys, I've been running the latest version of cobbs tune for the past month, and recently my car has been really messed.

At around 3500 RPM my car starts sputting and loses a ton of power. The engine light comes on and it starts vibrating like mental. (Also feels like a boost leak) Only until I shut it off and turn it back on is when the engine light deactives.

This evening I wanted to show a friend for some advice, and the same thing happened, but the engine light stayed on even if I shut the car on and off.

So I plugged in my Cobb AP and went to trouble shooting- 3 codes came up.

Code 1 "P0306" cylinder 6 misfire detected

Code 2 "P29D2" misfire, cylinder 6

Code 3 "P2AAF" fuel pump, plausibility

So I cleared the codes and decided to uninstall the tune. Once uninstalled I took the car for a long ride. The car felt completely normal. I was booting it in all gears and no glitches were happening at all. However, It's extremely hard to compare it to the way it use to be... So it obviously felt slower because I'm used to the tune, but I'm still worried about the misfire or turbo with potential boost leaks.

I'm a bit afraid to install the tune now.
Do any of you fine gents have advice or similar stories?

what map revision are you on? I highly recommend changing your plugs. Dealer wont replace your hpfp without no codes.
