also that chainsaw sounded like it was at idle when he cut through the head...doesn't it have to be revving for the chain to move and cut something?

i think that was the chainsaw getting stuck on the bones of the neck, kind of like how the saw at the butchers shop slows down to a near idle/ can almost get stuck on thicker bones... for a gruesome analogy
I really hope this is fake, but it looks real to me
