I rubbed pretty bad on the passenger side (something about that fender is hard to roll/pull/whatever...perhaps the gas cap), but tires have rubbed off enough that i dont rub much now haha. Even went lower recently too and no additional rubbing.

245/35 and 265/30 won't be vastly different, but it can help fill up the gap more. I want to go wider on my next set for sure, the rears can go fatter.

I got some fk bump stops too in the rear, helped with rubbing!

Hey!

I appreciate the insight man.

What do the bumpstops do? I've heard people mention them...do I need them as I plan on slamming my car pretty soon. I was thinking: KW V1's or ST's.

I think I may go up a size in the rear to 255/35/18.

bumpstops will sit on the strut body and reduce overall travel & rubbing.

255s in 19s are super hard to find i can't remember about 18s but yeah that size will be fine.

So it gives the car a stiffer ride right?

Don't coilovers come with bumpstops anyway? Did you add additional ones? If so...how many?

I had the same worries, but honestly and actually it does not. It only is in use when your car is bottoming out and it shortens that travel, essentially that's the only time you'd feel the bumpstops. So overall driving I felt no difference in comfort but less rubbing!

I threw in two on each rear, still have some left over if you want to buy them haha.
