I think most of the e92s above meet your requirement.
Are you looking for one with less miles? Also, when I go to Chicago I see a TON of them for sale. I'll be in town the first week of March and might bring my e92 down. I know they're crawling everywhere over there.

Well I've only seriously been looking for about a month now. As for Chicago, I have not found a single one that meets my requirements. Not on autotrader/craigslist/forums. I'm looking for a private party deal as well.

Doesn't matter though, I pretty much found my car and will be picking it up next week.
