Style 189 with spacers

I have searched and only found one thread regarding style 189 wheels and spacers.

My question is this. Does anyone know for certain what the offsets are on the style 189 wheel? I found a site that listed the 189 as 2 different widths - 8 in the front and 8.5 in the rear.

This would mean different offsets.

Finally, does anyone have pics of their car with the spacers so I can see how flush they are?

Please list tire specs as well as spacer specs (front and/or rear)

Thank you.

The 189 style wheels come with the Sport Package on the E92 335i. The front wheels are 8" wide with 34 offset and the rears are 8.5" wide with 37 offset. I can't recall anyone putting spacers on 189 but there are some that are running spacers with 162 wheels (same specs as the 189 wheels) on the E90 and it looked great!!

Thanks Kenny - do you know the max width I can run on that rear wheel?

265 or 275?

On 8.5" wheels, 255 is perfect. You can also run 265 but the tires will stick out a lot more than the wheels. Anything higher than that would look weird IMO.

By chance do you have any pics of the 265s?

I have 265 on my E36 M3 with 8.5 all around. The tires do NOT stick out more than the rims, they fit absolutely flush.

for all questions regarding stock BMW stuff, go to www.realoem.com and just browse all the parts. You'll see the info on offsets too.

Absolutely, I just thought it looked a lot better in the rear with the spacers.
