Angel eyes stay on

Hi i was wondering if anybody can help me

Recently my drivers angel eye light stays on and is stuck. Wont turn off even if i turn the lights off take the key out and lock the car. The only way is to disconnect the bulb. I have tried disconnecting the battery but as soon as i reconnect it comes on. Any ideas what it could be and how to test it

Thanks in advance

Is it OEM or aftermarket lights?
Any errors on dashboard?

original or led bulbs is the same thing. even with no bulb in using a tester there is still power comming through. Its no the parking light. yes dashboard error saying right sidelight out but this maybe because i had to take out the bulb otherwise it would stay on all night long.

I think its the light control module or footwell module otherwise known. I also noticed now my rear indicator on drivers side doesnt work atall i plugged my laptop in and this came up with error code along with drivers side light(angel eye). like i said i think its the module just wanted to know if anyone else thought this too
