Exhaust recommendation for 2006 E90 330i ?

What are some recommendations for exhaust? I dont want to do anything too expensive. I also want it to sound good, but not be obnoxiously loud like a dinan free flow (which I have been told is very loud). something that is throaty but not too loud.

other question is, is there anything I can do to the stock exhaust that wont void warranty but will make it sound better? such as buying a couple small parts or something like that. but must be able to pass inspection.

ive got an AFE intake paired with air scoops with a BMS powerbox on the way...

let me know yalls thoughts.

thanks.

Some people disconnect the vacuum line from the muffler, but this does the same thing without having to crawl underneath the car:

Eisenmann Sport or Meisterschaft Touring HP would be a good option for you. Both are designed to make the car more aggressive without being too obnoxious for daily use.

i did custome magnaflow exhaust. sounds really deep and throaty and it is by no means obnoxious. you can make it loud when you want to by stepping on it or just cruzing and having that deep note. thats what i was looking for also and it only cost me $500. most exhausts are gonna cost you about $1000. All i did was get a magnaflow muffler and did 3inch piping from the cat to the muffler then 2 crome tips and i've been happy since the day i bought it

Just do the top speed pro1 muffler. U can get them on ebay for like 350 shipped and there made as well if not better than the 1000 dollar plus systems.

I just got the muffler/resonator delete done yesterday and i absolutley love it! The sound is incredible, throaty and deep. It is however quite loud, but its exactly how i wanted it. Total cost was 152 dollars. Now ive got a PBX on the way and cant wait!
