Car problems? go see Murray
I know most of us aready frequent murray but I had a story to share that happened this morning. I had 2 warning lights come on today. Brake light failure and coolant level low. I didn't set an appt. Or anything and they still got me in with zero hassel. Gotta love murray and how helpful they are with last minute fixes. Ill be buying my next bimmer from them.

yup, Murray is the only way to go. I have been saying this even since 2004 when I bought my first BMW from them. Their Sales and Service are excellent and I very much appreciate the very low pressure approach they take!

Am I the only one rep'ing Ralph Schomp? I drive way out of my way to go see them. They always take care of me and have the best selection of loaner cars.

I bought my car from Murray, they were the only dealer ~I~ could haggle. Their service is very good too, they are always eager to please. That's sort of atypical nowadays. My SA is Brian Torpy. I recently went to an indy though for alignment, as the camber I wanted wasn't ~spec~. (See the 'Alignment' thread.)

I was a schomp guy for a while. My dad still goes to them with the 335 but I don't. They never fixed the problems I had with my E46 330Ci whenever I had an issue, they ripped me a new bunghole on my trade value for the E46, and they don't haggle on price. They are for the most part nice people but I feel more at home and more welcome at Murray. They are very attentive and customer oriented. If you have a problem, they won't lay down the tools until its fixed. There's a reason Schomp doesn't deal with aftermarket like Dinan and other smaller companies. It took a couple of the guys on here to convince me to give Murray a try. Now that I have, I'll gladly drive the extra 10 miles or whatever it is for Murray.

I like Schomp also, haven't tried Murray since Schomp's location is very convenient for me. Schomp has done everything I've expected so far, but on the more complicated things I've given them a copy of the SIB (NIC, wastegate valve conversion, etc.) Agreed on the loaner cars, my last one was a 335d, interesting change.
