Hi Guys,

Anybody know some really good legal guys for insurance issues ? Don't mind paying.

Not the ambulance chasing, hire car type.

Need some real heavy weight legal boys to cut through all the "not my dept., guv", "Well it is a bit of give and take", "a random excuse to cut the cost by X%" bullshit that the insurance guys CONTINUALLY try on.

Still trying to get my MK1 RS2000 repaired (sitting now for well over a year) - hit in the rear when stationary in the town. No fault accident. Other insurance company admitted fault. [woman driver ... ]

After watching that program on Channel 4 about all the cheats the insurance companies get up to, I'm damned if I will give them one bloody inch.

Might have to add this to the angry and rude thread . . . .

Dave - I might know someone that can help. He's not a legal chap himself, but was an insurance broker - a big one - who is now retired (at 34) and he may know some people that can help you.

Can you drop me a pm with the salient points - what happened, where the hold up is etc, and I'll ask him to take a look.
