Meth but no oil cooler = limp?

Have any of you tracked your N54 without an oil cooler but sprayed meth? Did you hit limp mode?

The thread below has some good max IAT and oil temp track data with and without an upgraded FMIC. Note that while IAT is greatly reduced, the oil temps are almost identical. Reducing IAT's with methanol will likely not help with oil temp related limp modes.
