From 135i to 335d, new owner

I sold my 6-spd 135i two months ago to get into a 335d. I wanted a 4 door, excellent fuel economy, daily driver, and power.

Drove it home today from MA in a snow storm. I have no regrets purchasing the 2010 335d. It delivers everything i expected it to promise. It's a BMW CPO car. Took me about 2 months to find the right one, as the 335d is rare, let alone one with Sports Package and iDrive.

Although the 135i is quicker, for everyday driving, the 335d is the clear choice of car for me.

I said this in the other thread, but I'll say it again: welcome to the diesel side of the house! What color is your d (interior/exterior). A picture may be worth a thousand words, but-when options are limited-words work too.

Thank you.
Here are some pics taken at the dealership when me and my wife purchased it, and on my way home with it today during a snow storm, hence the dirty car.

Color BLACK SAPPHIRE METALLIC (475)
Upholstery DAKOTA/ROTBRAUN (LCCZ)

Awesome! Welcome to the club! If you haven't already, look into getting the JBD for your d; it won't feel slow compared to your 135i

Question about the JBD upgrade. If I install the JBD performace tuner, does it void the CPO warranty? The CPO warranty covers all the major parts for a total of 6 years or 100,000 miles. I really want to get the JBD performance tuner, but I don't want the dealership to tell me that my warranty is VOID because of it, when something happens to the car. Or do I just remove it before bringing the car to the dealership so they never see it?

Remove it. Also make sure there are no codes associated with a tune in the BMW ECU. They can Void Warranty if they want to.

Thanks for the info. I think I will wait until my warranty is over and then get the JBD tuner. Just incase something happens and they decide to void my warranty.

Dealer should not be able to detect JBD unless you have it installed when you bring the car in and they look there. Just take it out before you head to the dealers. That what I do.
