OCD AS FK... sorry in advance!! Scratches on door...

Hello everyone

So i noticed some scratches on the door or whatnot..

they don't look very deep.

but it is a black sapphire car and the scratch looks white?

and my nail doesnt really get stopped by scratch

what is the process for this?

I am NEW to detailing... I was thinking maybe I would learn how to do it, then charge people money... but hell, I don't know what I am doing! and I am charging them?? HAHAHAHAHA

Are you in Ontario CA? or Ontario county USA?

We could work on this together if you are in the USA.

thank you very very much

so fkin busy w job , i wish i could do 1/2 this!

the clay bar thing sounds intriguing

I DID THE STUPIDEST THING

I TOOK MY CAR THROUGH A SOFT CLOTH CAR WASH

lift tons of tiny tiny tiny scratches barely noticeable, only in DIRECT sunlight and you got to be close

And I was testing my luck.. but truth be told, I am not sure if the tiny scratches were there before or not they may have been who knows

I imagine when I have more money in a month or 2 I will have it properly polished, buffed, (wetsanded at some parts?) and even by my headlight i got what appears to be a kind of deep scratch

so I am going to get the OEM paint and a tiny toothpick then just cover the scratch (it worked well on a silver 350z, and on black powdercoated rims)

just writing to show my appreciation with regards to your reply
